Support

Anytime you need support you can:

  • Visit the Help Center.

  • Send a Support request.

Help Center

You will see a button for the Help Center on the lefthand menu when you are logged into the platform.

Support request

To send a support request via email:

  1. Select Support from the top-right menu.

  2. Fill in the form and Submit.

  3. Your request will be handled as soon as possible by the Support-team.
